2025 GENESIS CIRCLE OF PRESTIGE RETAILER RECOGNITION PROGRAM RULES
The Genesis Circle of Prestige program (the “Program”) is a Genesis Motor America (“GMA”) Retailer Recognition program that rewards top-performing Genesis Retailers for sales and service excellence.
PROGRAM PERIOD
January 3, 2025, through business close January 3, 2026
COMPETITIVE GROUPS & WINNERS
Retailers will be designated into three (3) Competitive Groups based on 2024 sales volume.

A total of twenty (20) Retailers will win (16 listed above + 4 Wildcards* selected by GMA in GMA’s sole discretion).
* “Wildcards” may include, but shall not be limited to, Retailers who, because of commitment and service “above and beyond,” have contributed to the improvement of GMA sales and customer satisfaction.
Group 1
Eight (8) winners
Top 8 Retailers among the
top 25 sales volume ranked
Retailers nationally.
Group 2
Six (6) winners
Top 6 Retailers among the
26th - 70th sales volume
ranked Retailers nationally.
Group 3
Two (2) winners
Top 2 Retailers among
Retailers ranked 71st or lower
in sales volume.
RETAILER ELIGIBILITY
Retailers must meet all of the following minimum requirements to be eligible:

Must be operational as of 1/3/2025 and continue in operation throughout the Program Period.

Must exhibit positive year-over-year sales growth.

Must RDR a minimum of 200 new retail sales during the Program Period.

Must submit an Exclusive Financial Statement monthly and on time for each month during the Program Period.

Must meet or exceed GSX objective of 922 YTD with at least one survey per month throughout the Program Period.

Must meet or exceed GBX objective of 960 YTD with at least one survey per month throughout the Program Period.

Must have minimum of 15% YOY growth from Competitive Parts Sales (CPS).

For Retailers who have a Genesis activation date prior to June 30, 2022, must have commenced construction on a GRD-compliant exclusive facility on or before June 30, 2022 and continue in active construction on such facility throughout the Program Period or complete the GRD-certified exclusive facility.

For Retailers with a Genesis activation date of July 1, 2022 or later, must have commenced construction on a GRD-compliant exclusive facility on or before January 2, 2025 and continue in active construction on such facility throughout the Program Period or complete the GRD-certified exclusive facility.

RANKING CRITERIA AND WEIGHTED PERCENTAGES
Retailers will be ranked according to the following criteria:

Use of the Genesis Circle of Prestige digital logo for approved advertising and website over the 12-month period following Program conclusion (January to December 2026)

Invitation to an all-expense-paid trip to recognize winners’ contributions

All trip participants will enjoy first class/business class (based upon availability) air travel and hotel amenities.

Note: Only the Dealer Principal or General Manager with equity ownership, as reflected on the Retailer’s current Dealer Sales and Service Agreement, (plus one guest) will be eligible to attend the trip on behalf of a winning Retailer.

TIEBREAKER
In the event of a tie, total retail sales during the Program Period will be used as a tiebreaker. If necessary, total sedan sales during the Program Period will be used as a secondary tiebreaker.
STANDINGS
Updated preliminary standings will be published monthly. The final 16 winners will be determined based on performance over the Program Period and ranking within the respective Competitive Group.
ELIGIBLE VEHICLES
-
New Genesis vehicles sold, leased and reported to a retail customer during the Program Period.
-
New unregistered GMA executive vehicles and Retailer-owned demonstrators when sold/leased to a retail customer.
-
Vehicles entered into the Courtesy Vehicle Program (CVP).
INELIGIBLE VEHICLES
-
Vehicles sold/leased to a customer prior to or after the Program Period.
-
Vehicles sold/delivered to the dealership’s leasing company or to any other leasing company.
-
Vehicles reported during the Program Period that are not delivered (i.e., rolled back).
-
Vehicles not reported during the Program Period (e.g., late reporting).
-
Vehicles that have received GMA fleet assistance or qualify as fleet under current guidelines.
-
Vehicles not distributed by GMA.
-
Vehicles sold/leased by a prior Retailer in a buy-sell.
-
Any other vehicles not listed under Eligible Vehicles above.
DISCLAIMERS
-
Program Rules, criteria, performance standards and awards are subject to modification, amendment, cancellation, or revocation by GMA at GMA’s discretion without prior notice. Where necessary, Program changes will be communicated during the Program Period.

Retailers earning Genesis Circle of Prestige status are subject to a compliance audit at the discretion of GMA.
-
Any Retailer in litigation with GMA, or that has been subject to an audit that disclosed material fraud, or is on COD status, will not be eligible for Genesis Circle of Prestige status, travel awards or recognition of any kind, subject to review by, and at the discretion of GMA.

GMA reserves the right to change or substitute recognition awards of like value at any time.

In matters relating to the application and interpretation of any rule/phrase of this Program, the decision of GMA shall be final. GMA reserves the right to cancel, amend or revoke this Program at any time.
